Business Development Representative (100% Commission)

Location: Tampa, Florida to Orlando, FL

Division: Commercial Utility Services - Private Utility Locating and Concrete Scanning

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative in our Tampa, Florida market who is driven to generate business opportunities and build lasting client relationships. This role is 100% commission-based, so the sky’s the limit for top performers! This would be a great opportunity for someone with a client base in the construction/engineering industry.

As the face of Trinity Subsurface in Tampa, you’ll lead efforts to expand our private utility locating and concrete scanning services. If you’re ready to push boundaries and have a direct impact on your success, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Sales Growth: Cultivate new leads, identify potential clients, and close deals in the Tampa area, focusing on utility locating, trenchless pipe repair, and other essential services.

Market Expansion: Build awareness for Trinity Subsurface’s cutting-edge services in both residential and commercial sectors.

Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with contractors, builders, and property managers, ensuring long-term success.

Revenue Focus: Meet and exceed sales goals, earning substantial commissions with each contract won.

Networking & Outreach: Attend industry events, and leverage your network to stay ahead of market trends.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in technology sales or related field
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a bonus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
